How can Liverpool win the league? What does it take to win the league? There’s nobody better placed to answer those questions than three players who between them won 14 league titles in their time at Anfield.

LIVERPOOL, ENGLAND - SUNDAY, APRIL 9th, 2006: The Paisley Gateway outside the Spion Kop at Liverpool Football Club's Anfield home. Between them, Ian St. John, Ian Callaghan and Alan Kennedy clocked up over 1,500 appearances for Liverpool FC. To say they have experience would be an understatement.

St. John was part of the last partnership to each score 20 league goals in a season, doing so alongside Roger Hunt in 1963/64. Cally holds the record for most appearances for the club, and Kennedy won two European Cups along with his five league titles.

Listen to the trio of legends discuss the current Liverpool side and the Sunderland match this week, share their own personal memories of the halcyon era at Anfield and look ahead to the final run-in of the season.
