Brendan Rodgers was delighted with the performance of five of his six Liverpool summer signings in the 4-0 pre-season victory over Thai All-Stars.
Roberto Firmino was the only new signing missing from the 4-0 victory over Thai All-Stars, with Adam Bogdan, Nathaniel Clyne, Joe Gomez, James Milner and Danny Ings all receiving one half each to impress.
Bogdan was rarely troubled but kept a clean sheet in the first-half, while Joe Gomez and Danny Ings also impressed from the start.
After the break, it was Clyne and Milner's chance to impress, although it was a signing from last summer, Divock Origi, who managed to net in his first-ever appearance in a Liverpool shirt.
"Divock was excellent," Rodgers said after the victory. "You can see his movement, and what really pleased me tonight was his persistence, because he had a couple of chances that he missed that he would have wanted to score.
"But he kept going and he was very positive. He showed how good he was in the air and with the ball, and it was a great header he scored. So I was very pleased."
The Northern Irishman was effusive in his praise for his summer recruits, with the Reds having already signed six players.
"James Milner was outstanding, he showed his quality and his intensity. Nathaniel Clyne was excellent. I saw young Joe Gomez in the first half came in and he was very, very good. Adam Bogdan was secure.
"All those players fit it into the way of working very well."
After opening their pre-season with a comfortable victory, the Reds now travel to Australia for two more friendlies, before heading to Malaysia and, finally, Finland.
Rodgers spoke highly of the effect pre-season will have on gelling his new-look squad, particularly with the £49m exit of Raheem Sterling.
"There are always positive and negatives when you travel so far and I think for us we really focus on the positives," said Rodgers.
"It's two weeks away, which is a long time together, but you really get to know one another, on the field and off the field during this tour. So we really focus on that.
"We are really maximising every minute of we can of being together. It's not a chore to travel to Bangkok, to Thailand, then to Australia, then to Kuala Lumpur. These are the countries that support us on a global stage, and we are really honoured to travel to those countries."
