Goals from Divock Origi and Philippe Coutinho handed Liverpool a comfortable 2-0 friendly win over HJK Helsinki in Finland on Saturday evening.
Liverpool broke the deadlock midway through the second half when a Jordon Ibe darted to the byline and pulled the ball back for James Milner to flick it into the path of Belgian forward Origi (73) and he fired home from close range.
Philippe Coutinho then added the second five minutes later when he exchanged passes with Milner before firing a deflected shot into the top corner from the left side of the box.
Brendan Rodgers named a strong line-up with Coutinho returning to action for the first time since coming back from the Copa America in Chile.
On the bench for Liverpool was Brazilian teenager Allan Rodrigues de Souza, who has just signed from Internacional.
