Plans have been announced to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the greatest night in Liverpool’s history with the men that made it happen.
Ask any Liverpool fan to name the greatest match in the club’s illustrious history and the chances are they’ll say ‘Istanbul’.
Well Istanbul comes to the Echo Arena Liverpool for an incredible night on 25 May 2015, marking the 10th anniversary of that incredible night in the Ataturk Stadium where red-shirted heroes carved their names with pride to see Liverpool claim their fifth European Cup crown.
And a decade to the day, Monday 25 May 2015, those same Liverpool players will be gathering to celebrate that anniversary at the Echo Arena – and you can be there to join them for an exclusive one-night only event, The Istanbul Reunion Night..

We’ll be reliving the game with comments and commentary from those at the heart of the Miracle of Istanbul. They’ll take you through the build-up, the nerves, the tortured emotions as Milan went 3-0 up.
But they’ll also talk about the sheer enormity of the comeback, the tension of the penalty shoot-out and, finally, the euphoria of seeing Steven Gerrard hoist the cup above his head as Liverpool sealed their place in history.

Asmir Begovic, Steven Gerrard and Aaron Ramsey are among the Premier League players to have suffered a big dip in form, according to WhoScored.
Sometimes the pressure of replicating a landmark season's form can prove hard to handle for players. It's not uncommon for players to struggle to reach the standards laid down the year previous early on in a new campaign, and there are certainly some big names yet to reach the heights of their 2013-14 form in the Premier League.
The one player perhaps most criticised for failing to do so is Manchester City's Yaya Toure, who has faced the brunt of the backlash from a disappointing start to the campaign for the champions.
However, while it's clear that the Ivorian is not performing at his imperious best, with his rating from WhoScored.com dropping significantly from 7.56 to 7.14, there have been guiltier culprits in this regard.
WhoScored.com look at the players whose ratings have suffered the most substantial drop from the Premier League last season (of all those to have started more than 3 times in the current campaign).
Asmir Begovic - 7.05 to 6.40
An unexpected name, perhaps, to start us off but while Stoke have had the sort of start most would have expected, currently occupying 12th in the table, the Potters have struggled for clean sheets compared to recent seasons.
Begovic kept nine in 32 appearances last season but has managed just two thus far in the current campaign and has made only 11 saves, despite conceding 10 goals.
To put that into perspective that's at least six fewer than any other keeper with more than two appearances - and 21 fewer than top-of-the-pile Rob Green.
Aaron Ramsey - 7.75 to 6.86
While it's not gone unnoticed, it's fair to say that Aaron Ramsey's slow start to the season has been brushed over by most, with a number of team-mates, most notably Mesut Ozil, facing far more criticism in the early stages.
The Welshman, however, has performed nowhere near his frankly surprisingly high standards from the previous campaign, despite netting twice in the league thus far.
He directly contributed to 18 league goals last season (10 goals, 8 assists) but Arsenal are increasingly looking to summer signing Alexis Sanchez to dig themselves out of a hole, where Ramsey was the go-to-guy prior to injury in 2013-14.
At this stage in the previous campaign, having made one more appearance (9), the midfielder's rating from WhoScored.com was up at a huge 8.12 having already scored five goals and registered four assists by the end of October.
Steven Gerrard - 7.77 to 7.10
It's perhaps little surprise to see that, after a slow start to the season, Liverpool are represented twice in the top five here, with their ageing leader Steven Gerrard first to appear.
It should be said that the Reds' skipper has attained a decent rating this season (7.10) but it's still a substantial drop from his performances last time around, despite a now infamous end to the campaign.
Gerrard has registered just one assist this season despite starting every league game for the club, having amassed a league high of 13 over the 2013-14 campaign.
Philippe Coutinho - 7.45 to 6.72
While he's shown an improvement in recent performances, perhaps as a reaction to being dropped from the starting XI by Brendan Rodgers, Philippe Coutinho has been unable to carry his blistering pre-season form into the current campaign thus far.
Like Gerrard, it's Coutinho's creativity that has dipped most substantially from last season, with an average of just 0.7 key passes per game heralding zero assists thus far compared to seven last season from an average of two key passes per game.
Fernandinho - 7.41 to 6.65
While it's the aforementioned Toure that has come in for criticism for letting his standards slip for Pellegrini's side this season the form, or lack thereof, of Fernandinho has been somewhat overlooked.

Liverpool assistant manager Colin Pascoe has revealed Mario Balotelli played in last night’s Capital One Cup win over Swansea despite suffering an injury scare in the warm-up.
The Italy international came off the bench to score the equalising goal as Liverpool came from behind to beat Swansea 2-1 and reach the quarter-finals.
Balotelli was expected to start but felt a problem in his knee during the warm-up, according to Pascoe, and the striker emerged from the game without any further problems.
Pascoe said: “He twisted his studs in the ground in the warm-up and he was sent in to see the physio.
“He felt something in his knee but, as you saw, he came on and his knee looked alright. We had to assess him but he's fine – it was just a precaution.
“I didn't know until the end of the game but, with the way he was moving about, I don't think there was much wrong with his knee.”
Balotelli scored only his second goal since his summer move from AC Milan and his future at Anfield has fallen under increasing scrutiny in recent weeks.
But Pascoe insists the forward is working tirelessly in training to find his best.
“Mario is working hard and he got his just rewards by coming on and getting the goal – it was great for him and something to build on.” he said.
“He's still a young lad, a tremendous talent, and he wants to work on his movement and finishing after every session.”

Colin Pascoe was pleased to see Mario Balotelli shake off a knock to make a telling contribution in Liverpool's Capital One Cup win over Swansea City.
With the hosts trailing to Marvin Emnes’ opener at Anfield, Brendan Rodgers turned to his enigmatic Italian striker.
Balotelli, who has struggled at times since securing a summer return to English football, did not disappoint as he netted within seven minutes of entering the action to setting up a thrilling finale.
Liverpool ended up edging over the line 2-1, with Federico Fernandez shown a late red card for the visitors before Dejan Lovren nodded home a 95th-minute winner.
Assistant manager Pascoe told Sky Sports afterwards when pressed on Balotelli’s impact: “When he came on, he made some great runs and, to be honest, his goal was fantastic.
“When you see the ball from Fabio (Borini), to put the ball in and the way Mario got on the end of it, was terrific.”
Pascoe has also revealed that Balotelli was nursing a knock prior to kick-off that threatened to end his involvement.
